World Youth Education and Empowerment Society (WYEES) also known as Initiative for Youth Educational Empowerment (IYEE) is a Christian non-profit organization that provides educational sponsorship and leadership development to underprivileged youth in Nigeria, Canada, and UK.

Mission Statement
To engage, empower and inspire underprivileged youth to discover, develop and deploy their purpose and become change agents in the society through educational sponsorship, vocational training, mentoring and innovative leadership programs.

What we do

Youth Educational Sponsorship
This program provides support for youth who are at risk of dropping out of school due to financial constraints. Our goal is to enable them to realize their dreams of getting a good education to propel them toward success by providing scholarship awards, provision of books, equipment, and educational aids.
Youth Vocational Skill Training
A youth enterprise development program that tackles youth unemployment by providing business development and skill acquisition training and promoting entrepreneurship and self-employment as viable options for youth to achieve financial independence. We provide computer and sewing training.
Youth Mentoring and Leadership Development
Through mentoring and leadership programs, we inspire high school students to be boost their confidence and empower them with the right values, knowledge, and skills to become change agents in the society thereby maximizing their potentials and excel. We 1-2-1 mentoring opportunity with professionals and experts in various desired fields. We organize workshops on self- awareness, discovery of purpose, power of choice and leading by example.
